Tithing A tithe is literally a “tenth part”. Tithing is an issue of obedience, commitment, and blessing opportunity. (Mal 3:10) Through the tithe God has provided a method for all of His children to give freely. It doesn’t matter how much or how little 0money you make, your tithe is 10% and is honored in the sight of God. We are to offer back to God what he requires of us before we pay or give to anything or anyone else. (Prove 3:9-10) |
Offering An offering is a sacrificial contribution; a demonstration of your love for God for His goodness shown towards you, for God loves a cheerful giver. (II Corinthians 9:6-8) |
